We’ve all been frustrated, whether it be at work, school, in our personal life… somewhere frustration has reared its ugly head.  This episode talks about how to leverage frustration in our lives.  If you didn’t listen to episode 002: Reframing Frustration (Part 1), we’d definitely recommend you listen to that one as the first part of this two part series in regards to frustration.  Woodly, Shaun and I have had a great time putting together this podcast and are very excited to serve our audience now and going forward.

What do you mean by leveraging frustration?

Typically frustration serves to hinder us from reaching our ultimate goals.  Here at Wake Up Hope we want to assist you with taking your frustration and leveraging it to slingshot you forward in your life.

How do we leverage our frustration?

In the episode we have a conversation regarding leveraging frustration and learn that there are four ways to leverage our frustration and use it for a greater good:

  1. Define your yes
  2. Invite honest feedback
  3. Take action today and do it with a good attitude
  4. Encourage others on their journey.

Get off the sidelines!

One of the things we’re most looking forward to with Wake Up Hope is getting involved with our listeners and forming a community.  Tell us what you’re feeling, what is hindering you, tell us what you think about our content, but whatever you do, tell us something!   On a more directed level, we’d like to know what is frustrating you and helping you work through ways that you can use your current frustrations and leverage that frustration to move you forward with any endeavors that you have in front of you.
